Timing belt and water pump done

This is a very clean van, I have personally spent over £1000 in the last year on this with the intention of converting it into a camper van. I have had new discs and pads in August 2024 a few months prior spent £500 on getting the van serviced along with the timing belt done. The van is in very good condition and has been kept inside for the last few years. No signs of rust and the interior very clean. Like most things I do for myself I get half way through and decide to start something else leaving this one neglected so this has not done many miles since the last MOT.

This van is in a fantastic state to now build a personalised camper in the back of it, the mechanicals are right and the base is there in the back with the windows installed and with not a lot of work you can have a great little van ready to go in not a lot of time.
